Word for Thursday July 20.

“Go and assemble the elders of Israel, and tell them: The Lord, the
God of your fathers . . . has appeared to me and said: I am concerned about you and about the
way you are being treated in Egypt; so I have decided to lead you up out of the misery of Egypt
into . . . a land flowing with milk and honey.” Exodus 3:16-17. St. Faustina said, “I see that God
never tries us beyond what we are able to suffer…one act of trust in such moments give greater
glory to God than whole hours passed in prayer filled with consolation.” Let us pray, Lord Abba
Father You are a Mighty, Loving and Caring God! You certainly hear and answer the cries of
Your people! We thank You for Your loving concern. We are sorry that sometimes we doubt and
complain as though You were absent. Bless us all the same Abba. Amen. “Let your light shine!!”
Be blessed. Larry.
