“He looked at Jesus as he walked, and said, Behold the Lamb of God!” The two disciples heard him say this, and they followed Jesus. Jesus turned, and saw them following, and said to them, “What do you seek?” And they said to him, “Rabbi . . . where are you staying?” He said to them, “Come and see. “They came and saw where he was staying; and they stayed with him that day.” John 1:36-39. St. Bernadette Soubirous said, “My Jesus, fill my heart with so much love, that one day it will break just to be with you. My Jesus, you know I have placed you as a seal on my heart. Remain there always.” Let us pray, Lord Jesus, these two disciples teach us “attentiveness.” They heard, were attentive, realized You were an important person and followed You. They sought You; they sought where You lived and came to stay there. May we be like them, Lord: attentive, cherish You as the most important presence in our life, seek to stay with You always. Amen. “Let your light shine!!” Be blessed. Larry.
