“Come let us sing joyfully to the Lord; let us acclaim the Rock of our Salvation. Let us come into his presence with thanksgiving; let us joyfully sing psalms to him. Come let us bow down in worship; let us kneel before the Lord who made us, for He is our God.” Psalm 95:1-2, 6-7. Pope St. John Paul II said, “God made us for joy. God is joy, and the joy of living reflects the original joy that God felt in creating us.”
Let us pray, Holy Spirit, when we are down, when we find it hard to pray – put a song of praise in our hearts. Help us to sing joyfully to our Maker, to praise Him for his goodness, and so will our hearts be transfigured, becoming the dwelling place of God. Amen. “Let your light shine!!” Be blessed. Larry.
