Word for Saturday January 4. St. Angela of Foligno.

The next day again John was standing with two of his disciples; and he looked at Jesus as he walked, and said, “Behold, the Lamb of God!” The two disciples heard him say this, and they followed Jesus. Jesus turned, and saw them following, and said to them, “What do you seek?” And they said to him, “Rabbi . . . where are you staying?” He said to them, “Come and see.” John 1:35-39a. St. Pope John Paul II, said, “Grace and truth will in turn give rise to courage.  Following Christ has always demanded courage.” Let us pray, Lord Jesus, the two disciples heard and followed You. May we hear the words of invitation and follow You always. May we be Your guests; knowing where You stay; coming, seeing and frequenting Your ways. Amen. “Let your light shine!!” Be blessed. Larry.
