Word for Thursday November 6. St. Leonard.

“The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom should I fear? The Lord is my life’s refuge; of whom should I be afraid? One thing I ask of the
Lord; this I seek: To dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, that I may gaze on the loveliness of the Lord and contemplate his temple…Wait for the Lord with courage, be stouthearted and wait for the Lord.” Psalm 27:1, 4, 14. St. John Vianney said, “We can, if we want to, become a Saint, because God will never refuse to help us to do so.”

Let us pray, Lord Jesus, may our lives be about one thing, Becoming a Saint – to have You at our center, from which all our love, strength and wisdom flow. May we seek you first when we wake in the morning and remember You all the day long in all we do. Lord Jesus, with You at our side, may
we be stouthearted, and live for You this day. Amen. “Let your light shine!!” Be blessed. Larry.
