“At that time: When the crowds were increasing, Jesus began to say, “This generation is an evil generation; it seeks a sign, but no sign shall be given to it except the sign of Jonah.” Luke 11:29. St. Augustine said, “Let all this be contemplated in your mind: As He was once fixed to the cross in every part of His body for you, so He may now be fixed in every part of your soul.” Let us pray, Loving Father, we are sorry that we excessively look for miracles instead of loving and worshipping Your Son, the Crucified Jesus. May His Cross, be our daily sword which dismantles all the tricks and snares of Satan. Amen.
