“Jesus said to his disciples ‘Is a lamp brought in to be placed under a bushel basket or under a bed, and not to be placed on a lamp stand? For there is nothing hidden except to be made visible. Nothing is secret except to come to light.”

Mark 4:21-22. St. Augustine said, “When large numbers of people share their joy in common, the happiness of each is greater because each adds fuel to the other’s flame.” Let us pray, Heavenly Father, Your Son Jesus is the light of the world.  He brings joy to our hearts.  May we share this joy with others, in acts of kindness and compassion. May we speak the truth in love, so that others may desire the treasure we have in Him. Amen.
