Word for Friday December 1.

“As the visions during the night continued, I saw one like a son of man coming on the clouds of heaven. When he reached the Ancient One, and was presented before him, he received dominion, glory and kingship; nations and peoples of every language
serve him. His dominion is everlasting.” Daniel 7:13-14. St. Teresa of Avila said, “We are always in the presence of God, yet it seems to me that those who pray are in His presence in His presence in a very different sense.”

Let us pray, My Jesus, almost 200 years before Your preaching began, Daniel the prophet saw You, and he saw Your victory. Your Presence is profound in all the world, and in our hearts where You love to dwell. Lord, may we live in Your Presence deeply each day, in the ordinary details of our lives. Amen. “Let your light shine!!” Be blessed. Larry.
