Word for Friday June 2.

“Therefore I tell you, all that you ask for in prayer, believe that you
will receive it and it shall be yours. When you stand to pray, forgive anyone against whom you
have a grievance, so that your heavenly Father may in turn forgive your transgressions.” Mark
11:24-25. St. Mother Teresa said, “Prayer is not asking. Prayer is putting oneself in the hands of
God, at His disposition, and listening to His voice in the depths of our hearts.” Let us pray, My
God, we ask for the grace to believe in Your faithfulness, and to stand firm, in peace, as we wait
upon you. Your name is Faithful and True. We believe, we adore, we hope and we love. As the
psalmist says, we shall not be moved. Amen. “Let your light shine!!” Be blessed. Larry.
