The scribe said to Jesus, ‘Well said teacher. You are right in saying He is one, and there is no other than He. And to love Him with all your heart,
with all your understanding and with all your strength, and to love your neighbor as yourself is worth more than all burnt offerings or sacrifices.’ And when Jesus saw that he answered with understanding, he said to him ‘You are not far from the Kingdom of God.” Mark 12:32-34. St. Augustine said, “To fall in love with God is the greatest romance; to seek Him the greatest adventure; to find Him the greatest human achievement.”
Let us pray, Lord God, you created us in love and for love. We offer our hearts to you today, source of all love. As we live in you, imbed it in our hearts – that we are all created as one in you.
