Word for Friday September 5. St. Mother Teresa of Calcutta. “

Christ Jesus is the image of the invisible God, the first born of all creation. For in him were created all things in heaven and on earth, the visible and the invisible…all things were created through him and for him. He is before all things, and in him all things hold together. He is the head of Body, the Church.” Colossians 1:15-18. St. John Eudes said, “A Christian has a union with Jesus Christ more noble, more intimate and more perfect than the members of a human body have with their head!”

Let us pray, Lord Jesus, truly all things hold together in you. All of creation knows your name. You are the One in whom we live and move and have our being. This seems too good to be true Lord, but it is why you came. To become so united to us as to become our life, closer than our own breath. May you be praised and loved Lord Jesus throughout the earth. Amen. “Let your light shine!!”
Be blessed. Larry.
