Word for Monday November 29 th . “When Jesus approached Capernaum, a centurion
approached him, and appealed to him saying ‘Lord my servant is lying at home paralyzed,
suffering dreadfully.’ He said to him ‘I will come and cure him.” Matthew 8:5-7. St. Albert the
Great said, “The greater and more persistent your confidence in God, the more abundantly you
will receive all that you ask.” Let us pray, Lord God, truly we have only to glance Your way, and
Your heart is undone. Help us to trust You, to ask for what we need, and to know You treasure
every word. May we always have hearts full of praise and thanksgiving. Amen. “Let your light
shine!!” Matthew 5:16. Be blessed. Larry.
