“Six days before the Passover, Jesus came to Bethany, where Lazarus was, whom Jesus had raised from the dead. There they made him a supper; Martha served, and Lazarus was one of those at table with him. Mary took a pound of costly ointment of pure nard and anointed the feet of Jesus and wiped his feet with her hair; and the house was filled with the fragrance of the ointment.” John 1:1-3. St. Paul of the Cross said, “The passion of Jesus is a sea of sorrows, but it is also a sea of love. Ask the Lord to teach you to fish in this ocean. Dive into its depths. No matter how deep you go, you will never reach the bottom.”
Let us pray, Lord Jesus Mary anointed You and the house was filled with the fragrance. Your suffering, crucifixion and resurrection filled all humanity with a new fragrance; the saving divine grace! May all humanity yearn for the salvation You won for us through Your Passion and Resurrection. Amen. “Let your light shine!!” Be blessed. Larry.
