Let us pray, Heavenly Father, we thank you for the prophets of long ago. They suffered to stay true and preach what you gave them. And Isaiah, 600 years before the birth of Our Lord, prophesied that a virgin would give birth and her son would be named Emmanuel – God with us. We thank you Father for your Word.
