Word for Saturday June 21. St. Aloysius Gonzaga. “

Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious about your life, what you shall eat or what you shall drink, nor about your body, what you shall put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow, they neither toil nor spin; yet I tell you, even Solomon in all his glory was not clothed like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is alive and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will he not much more clothe you, O you of little faith?” Matthew 6:25-30. St. Clare of Assisi said, “Go forth in peace, for you have followed the good road. Go forth without fear, for he who created you has made you holy, has always protected you and loves you as a mother.”

Let us pray, Lord Jesus, in our life we have a many  anxieties. But You invite us to have an anxious free life because You are ever present to provide even beyond our expectations because we are precious in Your hands. Lord give us the faith to trust in Your Word. Amen. “Let your light shine!!” Be blessed. Larry.
