Lewis said, “God cannot give us a happiness and peace apart from himself, because it is not there. There is no such thing.” Let us pray, Lord God, You loved us while we were yet sinners, and freely cleaned us up, through the blood of Your Son, Jesus Christ. 

May we always remember what You have lovingly done for us, and so spread Your tender love to others. Amen.
