Word for Sunday February 13. “Blessed are you when men hate you, and when they exclude you and revile you, and cast out your name as evil, on account of the Son of man! Rejoice in that day, and leap for joy, for behold, your reward is great in heaven.” Luke 6:22-23. St. Mary Magdalene de Pazzi said, “You will be consoled according to the greatness of your sorrow and affliction.  The greater the suffering, the greater will be the reward.” Let us pray, Lord Jesus our hope is in You not in things; our reward is not only earthly but also heavenly. May we strive never to live completely for now but to endeavor to work for heaven. Amen. “Let your light shine!!” Be blessed. Larry.
