“As the Father loves me, so I also love you. Remain in my love. If you keep my commandments you will remain in my love, just as I have kept my Father’s commandments and remain in His Love. I have told you this so that my joy might be in you, and your joy may be complete.” John 15:9-11. St. Therese de Lisieux said, “Then, overcome by joy, I cried, ‘Jesus, my love. At last I have found my vocation. My vocation is love. In the heart of the Church, my mother, I will be love, and then I will be all things.” Let us pray, Lord Jesus, You suffered on earth, yet in joy You remained steadfast in obedience to Your Father. Help us to live Your commandments, and so to remain in Your love and joy.  We struggle, and we fall. May Your mercy be always in our hearts and minds, that we may never lose our joy.
