“Then Daniel said to the king, “O king, live forever! My
God sent his angel and shut the lions’ mouths, and they have not hurt me, because I was found
blameless before him; and also before you, O king, I have done no wrong.” Daniel 6:22-23. St.
Faustina said, “O soul steeped in darkness, do not despair. All is not yet lost. Come and confide
in your God, Who is love and mercy.” Let us pray, Lord Jesus, save us from ourselves;
sometimes we suffer because we are guilty. Bless us like Daniel that we may stand blameless
before You our God and before humanity. Amen.
