“Brothers and sisters, if God is for us who can be against us? He did not spare his own Son, but handed him over for us all, how will he not give us everything else along with Him?…It is Christ Jesus who died, rather was raised, who also is at the right hand of God, who intercedes for us. What will separate us from the love of Christ?” Romans 8:31-35. St. John Chrysostom said, “When you are with God, you need fear no one, not even the devil himself. For if God is for you, who can be against you?”
Let us pray, God Our Father, You gave us Your Son, to suffer and die, and to be raised. There is no more generous sign of Your love than this, all that we may live with You forever. You have loved us, even when we have turned our backs on you. Our hearts are full of gratitude. May we be faithful and praise You forever. Amen. “Let your light shine!!” Be blessed.
