Word for Thursday September 19. St. Januarius.

“When I entered your house, you did not give me water for my feet, but she has bathed them with her tears…You did not give me a kiss, but she has not ceased kissing my feet since the time I entered…Her many sins have been
forgiven, hence she has shown great love. But the one to whom little is forgiven loves little.” Luke 7:44-45, 47. Pope Francis said, God never tires of forgiving us; we are the ones who tire of seeking His mercy.”

Let us pray, My Jesus, open our hearts today, for You enter by way of the heart. Help us to receive all forgiveness, all mercy, for the many sins we have committed. To receive an avalanche of grace we pray this day, so that having been forgiven much, we may love much. In Your name we pray. Amen. “Let your light shine!!” Be blessed. Larry.
