“At that time: Herod the tetrarch heard of all that was done by Jesus, and he was perplexed, because it was said by some that John had been
raised from the dead, by some that Elijah had appeared, and by others that one of the old prophets had risen.” Luke 9:7-8. St. John Paul II said, The world looks to the priest, to the Christian, for the witness of a life filled with the newness of the Gospel, vibrant with hope, charity, and joy.
Let us pray, Loving Father, people speak of both the great things and even the unfortunate that we do. The good that Your Son Jesus, the Christ, did was also spoken about and reached the ears of Herod. May what is spoken about us glorify You, Father, may it build Your Church and all Your people that we interact with. Amen. “Let your light shine!!” Be blessed. Larry.
