and self-indulgence. Blind Pharisee, cleanse first the inside of the cup, so that the outside may also be clean.” Matthew 23:25-26. St. John Fisher said, “A good man is not a perfect man: a good man is an honest man, faithful and unhesitatingly responsive to the voice of God in his
life.”

Let us pray, Lord Jesus, today in our world, there is much focus on the outside of the cup. How do we look, what am I wearing, who is admiring me. But inside is darkness, loneliness and the inability to give and receive love. Awaken us dear God, put love where there is no love, bring your healing word, that we may come alive, and become the people who long to see Your face. Our Lady of Czestochowa, pray for us.
