Word for Tuesday January 30.

“And there was a woman who had had a flow of blood for twelve years . . . She had heard the reports about Jesus, and came up behind him in the crowd and touched his garment. For she said, “If I touch even his garments, I shall be made well.” And immediately the hemorrhage ceased; and she felt in her body that she was healed of her disease.” Mark 5:25, 27-29. St. Therese of Lisieux said, “Be not afraid to tell Jesus that you love Him; even though it be without feeling, this is the way to oblige Him to help you, and carry you like a little child too feeble to walk.”

Let us pray, Lord Jesus, I pray, increase my faith; that in all trying moments of my life I may always sneak behind You and touch You for support, comfort and consolation, and healing in those areas where I am aching. I trust Your Word, I trust Your Touch; never let me wander away from You. Amen. “Let your light shine!!” Be blessed. Larry.
