Word for Tuesday July 9.

“Jesus went around to all the towns and villages, teaching in their synagogues, proclaiming the Gospel of the Kingdom…At the sight of the crowds, His heart was moved with pity for them because they were troubled and abandoned, like sheep without a shepherd.” Matthew 9:35-36. St. Augustine said, “When I seek you, my God, I seek a blessed life. I shall seek you, so that my soul may live.” Let us pray, My Jesus, today we too are like sheep without a shepherd. We have followed other people, false leaders, and our own desires that lead us astray. Seek us out Lord, calling us each by name. Pick us up and clean us off, placing us deep in Your heart, our true home. Amen. “Let your light shine!!” Be blessed. Larry.
