“O Lord hear my prayer and let my cry come to you. Hide not your face from me in the day of my distress. Incline your ear to me; in the day when I call, answer me speedily. The nations shall revere your name O Lord, and all the kings of the earth your glory…When he has regarded the prayer of the destitute and not despised their prayer.” Psalm 102:1-2, 15, 17. St. Gerard Majella said, “Who except God can give you peace? Has the world ever been able to satisfy the heart?”
Let us pray, O God hear our prayer. There is much suffering in the world, and sin and rebellion. Incline your ear to us, may your Holy Spirit draw all peoples to your Son Jesus. May people everywhere begin to see and know the truth – that we have been redeemed. We were lost and now are found. You refuse no one Lord, lover of all people. Amen. “Let your light shine!!” Be blessed. Larry.
