Word for Tuesday October 21. St. Ursula.

“At that time: Jesus said to his disciples, “Let your loins be girded and your lamps burning, and be like men who are waiting for their master to
come home from the marriage feast, so that they may open to him at once when he comes and knocks. Blessed are those servants whom the master finds awake when he comes; truly, I say to you, he will put on his apron and have them sit at table, and he will come and serve them.” Luke
12:35-37. St. Padre Pio said, “Always be strong in your faith and always be vigilant, so that you can be safe from the snares of the enemy.”

Let us pray, Lord Jesus You expect us to be awake, aware of what is going on in all aspects of our life, especially spiritual. We need to be vigilant always that the good things do not pass us by while we are distracted or not aware that what is important in our life is taking place. Give us the grace to remain awake and ready to receive You when You call. Amen. “Let your light shine!!” Be blessed. Larry.
