Word for Tuesday October 28. Feast of Saints Simon and Jude, Apostles.

“Brothers and sisters, you are no longer strangers and sojourners, but you are fellow citizens with the holy ones and members of the household of God, built upon the foundation of the Apostles and the prophets, with Christ Jesus himself as the capstone. Through him the whole structure is held
together and grows into a temple sacred in the Lord.” Ephesians 2:19-21. St. Francis de Sales said, “Do not look forward to what may happen tomorrow; the same everlasting Father who cares for you today will take care of you tomorrow and every day.”

Let us pray, God our Father, Your plan is glorious from the beginning. We are the Church, held together by Christ Himself, on the foundation of the Apostles, and united with all of heaven forming one holy temple. Help us live the magnificence that is here, that we cannot see. Through the intercession of Sts. Simon and Jude, may we live in the presence of the angels and saints. Amen. “Let your light shine!!” Be blessed. Larry.
