When day came, he called his disciples to Himself, and from them he chose twelve, whom He also named Apostles.” Luke 6:12-13. Pope St. John Paul II said, “Prayer is in fact the recognition of our limits and our dependence: we come from God, we are of God, and to God we return.” Let us pray, Lord Jesus, You show us the way: prayer is everything.  It is not a last resort; it is our life’s blood.  Prayer makes all the difference.  May we say yes to the Holy Spirit and humble ourselves in prayer.
