Word for Wednesday December 1 st . “He guides me in right paths for his name’s sake. Even
though I walk in the dark valley, I fear no evil; for you are at my side with your rod and your
staff that give me courage.” Psalm 23:3-4. St. John of the Cross said, “Faith and love are like the
blind man’s guides. They will lead you along a path unknown to you, to the place where God is
hidden.” Let us pray, Lord Jesus, thank You for being always at my side. You have said fear is
useless, trust in God. We trust You Lord, and we thank You for Your constant vigil with us,
caring for every detail of our lives. Amen.
