Word for Wednesday February 5. St. Agatha, Virgin and Martyr.

“So strengthen your droopy hands and your weak knees. Make straight paths for your feet, that what is lame may not be dislocated but healed. Strive for peace with everyone, and for that holiness without which no one will see the Lord.” Hebrews 12:12-14. St. Alphonsus Liguori said, “He who trusts in himself is lost. He who trusts in God can do all things.”

Let us pray, My God, we ask this grace: that we come to You with everything. When we are weak, be our strength. When our spirit fails, take hold of us by Your mighty right hand. When we cannot see the way, be our light in the darkness, our sure path to holiness. Jesus, we trust in You. Amen. “Let your light shine!!” Be blessed. Larry.
