Word for Wednesday May 28. St. Mariana of Jesus de Paredes.

“God who made the world, and all that is in it, the Lord of heaven and earth…is He who gives to everyone life and breath and everything. He made from one the whole human race, to dwell on the entire surface of the earth…for in Him we live and move and have our being.” Acts 17:24-26, 28. St. Thomas Aquinas said, Grant me, O Lord my God, a mind to know you, a heart to seek you, wisdom to find you, conduct pleasing to you, faithful perseverance in waiting for you, and a hope of finally embracing you.

Let us pray, O God, You are nearer to us than our own breath. How great is Your love, to create each one of us, to live forever with You. We are so loved by You that we have been grafted into Your Son, and become Your children. In You we live and grow day by day into Your image. How generous are You Lord! Amen. “Let your light shine!!” Be blessed. Larry.
