“You O man are without excuse, every one of you who passes judgement. For by the standard by which you judge another you condemn yourself, since you the judge do the very same things.” Romans 2:1. Pope Francis said, “God’s mercy often makes us more aware of our neighbor’s wounds…If we care for the wounds of our neighbor…we find hope being reborn within us that comforts us in our weariness.”
Let us pray, O God, be merciful. We have judged others, only to make ourselves appear better in our own eyes. By your grace, when we see the faults of others, may we have compassion and see they are like us, weak and fully dependent on your merciful goodness. You live within them; may we see their goodness. Amen. Let your light shine!! Be blessed. Larry.
