Word for Wednesday May 13. St. Our Lady of Fatima.

“Having determined allotted periods and the boundaries of their habitation, that they should seek God, in the hope that they might feel after him and find him. Yet he is not far from each one of us, for ‘In him we live and move and have our being’; as even some of your poets have said, ‘For we are indeed his offspring.’ Being then God’s offspring, we ought not to think that the Deity is like gold, or silver, or stone, a representation by the art and imagination of man.” Acts 17:27-29. St. John of the Cross said, “The least movement of pure love is of greater value to God than all other works together.”

Let us pray, Father, You are God and we are Your children. Help us to seek You, to find You, and to feel Your presence in our lives. May we live in You, and in You move and have our being. For in You is the fullness of life and the greatest joy we can ever know. Draw us into a deeper relationship with You each day, that our hearts may rest completely in Your love. Amen. Our Lady of Fatima: Pray for us! “Let your light shine!!” Be blessed. Larry.
