“Join with others in being imitators of me brothers and sisters and observe those who thus conduct themselves according to the model you have in us. For many as I have often told you and now tell you even in tears, conduct themselves as enemies of the cross of Christ. Their end is their destruction…But our citizenship is in heaven, and from it we await a savior, the Lord Jesus Christ.” Philippians 3:17-20. St.
Bernard, Abbot said, “It is by faith that God dwells in our hearts; in our memory, our intellect, and penetrates even into our imagination.”
Let us pray, Heavenly Father, help us each day to be imitators of Christians, who throughout the centuries have set aside the temptations of this world and devoted themselves to Christ. He is our true treasure. May we never turn away but rather cling to Him in everything. We ask in Jesus’ name. Amen. Let your light shine. Be blessed. Larry.
