Jesus said to the crowds ‘When you see a cloud rising in the west you say immediately that it is going to rain – and so it does; and when you notice the wind is blowing from the south, you say it is going to be hot – and so it is. You hypocrites! You know how to interpret the appearance of the earth and sky; why do you not know how to interpret the present time?” Luke 12:54-56. St. Padre Pio said, “Prayer is the best armor we have. It is the key which opens the heart of God.”
Let us pray, Heavenly Father, we do get caught up in so many things, often forgetting what is truly important. Help us – to pray every day, to do our work well, to become devoted the Mass, attending often, to seek the intercession of Our Lady in the rosary, and to serve our family and neighbors as they are your children. Through Christ Our Lord. Amen. “Let your light shine!!” Be blessed. Larry.
