Let us pray, Heavenly Father, the ancestors of the line of Jesus are truly a mixed bunch. There are those who are humble and true, and those who are sinners of every kind. You did not pick perfect people, but rather those who would fulfill your plan. We too are sinners, yet you have called us each one, to do our part, to complete your plan for the salvation of the world. May we be faithful, and live in you, our strength.
