Word for Tuesday September 8. Feast of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

“The Lord says: You Bethlehem-Ephrathah…From you shall come forth for me one who is to be ruler in Israel; Whose origin is from old, from ancient times. Therefore the Lord will give them up, until the time when she who is to give birth has borne…He shall stand firm and shepherd his flock by
the strength of the Lord…He shall be Peace.” Micah 5:2-4. St. Padre Pio said, “Give yourselves up into the arms of your heavenly Mother. She will take good care of your soul.”

Let us pray, Lord Jesus, you were known from of old. Many prophets saw your day would come, and that a maiden would give birth to you, the One who would rule with all power. How glorious and beautiful, that Mary is our Mother too, the one spoken of from of old. Mother Mary, pray for us, keep us as your own. Amen. “Let your light shine!!” Be blessed. Larry.
