Word for Tuesday June 2. Saints Marcellinus and Peter, Martyrs.

“Be eager to be found without spot or blemish before the Lord, at peace. And consider the patience of Our Lord as salvation…Be on your guard not to be led into the error of the unprincipled…but grow in grace, and in the knowledge of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.” 2 Peter:14-15, 17-18. Blessed
Solanus Casey said, “Gratitude is the first sign of a thinking, rational creature.”

Let us pray, Loving Holy Spirit, come to us each morning upon awakening, turning our minds and hearts to God. May our first desires be to unite ourselves with Our Lord, and to give thanks for the graces of the day. May truth be our guide, and love be our power in service to God all the day long.
Amen. “Let your light shine!!” Be blessed. Larry.
